Account boundaries
Business data and actions are scoped to the active account, with cross-account access refused.
Trust
Account-scoped data, controlled actions, recipient permission history, message guardrails, and audit records help teams operate responsibly.
A recipient can become ineligible after a campaign launches. Engage checks current state again before work reaches the provider.

Keep a record of subscription and permission changes instead of treating a contact record as consent.
Give recipients direct controls, record the action, and use it to stop later eligible sends.
Apply suppression, priority, quiet hours, recipient rate limits, customer flags, manual review, and system holds.
Surface processing alerts and investigate the individual records behind operational totals.

Security
Security of the platform is shared. Diversified SaaS, Inc. is responsible for the platform's access controls, account separation, and operational records. You are responsible for who you invite, the permissions you grant them, the credentials they hold, and the information you choose to upload. Access to the product requires an account, information is scoped to the account it belongs to, and configuration changes and message activity are recorded so that an account can review what happened.
This describes how the product operates. It does not state or imply any certification, regulatory compliance determination, audit outcome, testing schedule, monitoring commitment, availability level, or security guarantee. The full statement is in the Diversified Engage Security Overview.
Engage can stop work it still controls. It does not claim to retrieve a message after the provider has accepted it.
