Acceptable Use Policy

Diversified Engage is a sending platform. As the customer, you are responsible for the messages you send through it.

You must have the necessary permission or another lawful basis to contact every recipient you upload or import. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of your campaigns, including the sender name, subject line, message body, and any links or images they contain.

You must honor consent, unsubscribe, suppression, and anti-spam requirements that apply to you. You may not use purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, misleading, or otherwise unauthorized contact lists. You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or work around the safeguards built into Engage, including unsubscribe handling, suppression lists, sending limits, or the account boundaries that keep one account's information separate from another's.

You must also comply with the rules of the marketplaces, mailbox providers, networks, and services connected with your recipients. Diversified Engage applies mandatory safeguards to some of them, including a minimum interval of 25 seconds between messages to members.ebay.com addresses. That interval is a Diversified Engage safeguard based on internal testing and operational protection, not a rate published by eBay. You may not use Engage to evade marketplace communication rules, to send links or content a marketplace prohibits, or to move a transaction away from a marketplace improperly.

Diversified SaaS, Inc. may restrict or suspend sending where it reasonably believes these requirements have been breached, as described in the Universal Acceptable Use Framework. Suspension or termination for prohibited misuse may occur without refund, to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable agreement.

Suspected misuse of Diversified Engage, including unwanted or unlawful email sent through the platform, may be reported to Diversified SaaS, Inc. at CustomerService@DiversifiedEngage.com. Please include the sender, the date, and enough of the message to identify it.
