Questions and answers

Plans and pricing

What plans does Diversified Engage offer?

Engage offers Free, Starter, Essential and Premium plans, plus Custom / Enterprise packages for larger needs. Every plan includes the same core features, such as unlimited contacts*, API access, automation and external AI writing links; higher plans raise the monthly and daily sending, Website Message, user and sending-domain limits. *Unlimited contacts is subject to reasonable use, platform capacity, abuse-prevention controls, and applicable service rules. Diversified Engage may limit or restrict excessive, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or technically disruptive use.

Launch pricing

What is Special Launch Pricing, and can prices change later?

Special Launch Pricing is the subscription pricing available now. Diversified Engage may change its published pricing in the future. If it does, existing customers are treated according to the pricing-change policy communicated for that change, and no customer is silently repriced in the middle of a billing period they have already paid for. Add-ons, outbound credits, contact validation, Website Message credits and other usage purchases are billed at the price that applies when you buy them, unless a written agreement for your account says otherwise.

Price changes

Will a price change affect what I already paid for?

No. A later price change does not change a billing period you have already paid for, and it does not create a retroactive charge or refund for a prior period.

Refund and Credit Policy

Credits

How do outbound email credits work?

Your plan's included allowance is used first. Purchased outbound credits are used after that, oldest-expiring first. They expire 60 days after purchase, and you can request free 30-day extensions. If your account is canceled, the time left on your credits is frozen and resumes if the account is restored. Credits add capacity, not sending speed.

Refund and Credit Policy

Validation

What is contact validation, and can I cancel it?

Contact validation checks addresses before you send so you avoid bounces. You can cancel and be refunded before processing begins. Once processing begins, the purchase is non-refundable except as described in the Refund and Credit Policy.

Refund and Credit Policy

Website Messages

What are Website Messages?

Website Messages are submissions from your website's contact and request forms, delivered into Engage and to the people you choose. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. If you need more, purchased Website Message credits never expire, and messages that arrive while you are out of capacity are held safely rather than lost.

Sending limits

Are there limits on how fast or how much I can send?

Each plan has monthly and daily sending allowances. Separately, Engage paces sending to protect deliverability and follows mailbox provider, compliance and platform-capacity rules. Those protections apply on every plan, including Unlimited packages, and buying credits does not bypass them.

Deliverability

Subscriptions and cancellation

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the rest of the current billing period, monthly or annual. Purchased Website Message credits stay with your account, and the remaining time on purchased outbound credits is frozen while the account is canceled.

Refund and Credit Policy

Refunds

What is Diversified Engage's refund policy?

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Purchased outbound email credits and Website Message credits are non-refundable. Contact validation can be canceled and refunded only before processing begins. Duplicate or incorrect charges and verified Diversified Engage service errors are reviewed and corrected, and management may approve exceptions. Full details are in the Refund and Credit Policy.

Nonprofit, government and education

Do you offer nonprofit, government or education pricing?

Yes. Verified nonprofit, government and education organizations can apply for a discount on subscription pricing. It applies to subscriptions only, not to credits, validation or add-ons, and it does not change refund rights.

Nonprofit, government & education

Sending domains

Do I need my own sending domain?

Yes. To send email you add a domain you own and publish the DNS records Engage shows you. Engage checks those records before sending so your mail is authenticated as coming from you.

Integrations

How do I connect my website or systems?

Engage supports website signup connections for WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Lovable and other websites, along with the Developer API for sending contacts and activity from your own systems. The available setup method depends on the platform, but contacts and activity flow into the same Engage audience and automation system.

Automation

Support

How do I get help?

If you have an account, sign in and use Support for the most organized assistance. You can also email CustomerService@DiversifiedEngage.com.

Privacy and security

How does Engage protect my data and my recipients?

Each account's data is kept separate, access is role-based, and unsubscribe and consent choices are checked again right before every send. Engage does not sell personal information.

Special sending rules

Why are some recipients, such as eBay addresses, handled differently?

Some destinations, including eBay messaging addresses, have their own rules about what can be sent and how quickly. Engage applies those rules automatically and may slow or restrict sending to them; this applies on every plan.
