Security Overview
How responsibility for security is shared between Diversified Engage and its customers.
Governing document
The Universal Security Framework applies to Diversified Engage in full. The provisions below are the Diversified Engage supplement to it, and the more specific document controls where the two differ.
Shared responsibility
Security of the Diversified Engage platform is shared. Diversified SaaS, Inc. is responsible for the platform's access controls, account separation, and operational records. You are responsible for who you invite, the permissions you grant them, the credentials they hold, and the information you choose to upload.
How Engage is built
Access to the product requires an account. Information is scoped to the account it belongs to, and permissions determine what an account member can see and do. Configuration changes and message activity are recorded so that an account can review what happened.
This overview describes how the product operates. It does not state or imply any certification, regulatory compliance determination, audit outcome, testing schedule, monitoring commitment, availability level, or security guarantee.
Reporting a vulnerability
Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported to Diversified SaaS, Inc. at CustomerService@DiversifiedEngage.com rather than exploited or publicly disclosed before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate them, as set out in the Universal Acceptable Use Framework.
