The Universal Government and Legal Request Framework applies to Diversified Engage in full. The provisions below are the Diversified Engage supplement to it, and the more specific document controls where the two differ.

Requests concerning an Engage account

Legal process concerning a Diversified Engage account, its contacts, its campaigns, or its recipients is handled as described in the Universal Government and Legal Request Framework.

Where a request concerns information a customer entered, we will, where permitted by law, direct the requesting party to that customer.
