The Universal Electronic Communications and E-Sign Framework applies to Diversified Engage in full. The provisions below are the Diversified Engage supplement to it, and the more specific document controls where the two differ.

Account, security, and service notices for Diversified Engage are provided electronically to the email address associated with your account, or to the address you provided through a form on this website. Keep that address current so that you continue to receive them.

Diversified Engage does not operate a text-messaging program.
