Governing document

The Universal AI and Automated Assistance Framework applies to Diversified Engage in full. The provisions below are the Diversified Engage supplement to it, and the more specific document controls where the two differ.

Automation in Engage

Diversified Engage automates operational work you configure: pacing a queue, applying recipient protections, running scheduled processing, and recording outcomes. These are rule-based functions that follow the settings on your account.

Engage does not write your campaigns for you, and it does not decide who you may contact. Those decisions remain yours. Where automated assistance is offered in support or documentation, the Universal AI and Automated Assistance Framework applies.
